To support new and existing Research in Practice Link Officers to embed evidence-informed practice within their organisations, we have brought together a range of multi-media resources and guidance.

Joining the Research in Practice Partner network provides access to an extensive range of resources but embedding their use in practice effectively requires commitment and action from within your organisation.

Critical to this is involving people in key roles in enabling and promoting the offer. We call these Link Officers, Strategic Champions and Evidence Champions. Link Officers are the lynchpins of our network, they take the lead in promoting the use of evidence-informed practice within Partner organisations supported by Strategic Champions and Evidence Champions. For a more detailed explanation of what these roles entail and who might be best placed to take them on, see our downloadable guide.

This toolkit aims to support with this, enabling staff to engage with the resources and so to apply evidence from research, practice and lived experience to improve outcomes for children, young people, families, adults and carers.

Within each section you will find a range of multi-media resources, videos and promotional materials alongside links to useful tools and resources to support you to embed evidence-informed practice in your organisation.

Please note, you will need to login to your Research in Practice account to access the toolkit.
